What is the process after booking?
Our Process is Non-Ambiguous , Simple and Swift . Our Proficient Team member will visit the
Pick up Site and the date of the Pick , Run a Complete Diagnosis and report for any damage
and share a Report Via App Notification , SMS Or Email .Post your Approvals vehicle will be
moved to a Workshop and Re Diagnosed and should there be any need to perform further Repairs
on the vehicle Our Certified Service Advisors will relay the Information to you and update
.Post your Approvals we shall proceed with the Service but Should you be not keen to perform
any other repair work apart from the scheduled one we shall refrain from doing any other
Repair Job. Once your car is ready for delivery a Notification will be shared with you along
with a delivery report . Only when Delivery Report is verified and assessed by you a payment
request will be made and Your car delivered to you .FIXIGO believes in Complete
Digitalization of Process hence all reports are delivered to you digitally. It is That

Manufacturers.
What are OEM or OES spare parts?
OEM parts are the manufacturer's original Spares, OES are Spares procured from a source
without any logo. OES parts are relatively more affordable than OEM Spares.
What if I am not satisfied with my car service?
