How do I book service with Fixigo?
You can book service with Fixigo directly from website or by downloading "Fixigo" App from Playstore/Appstore. You can also book services by calling/WhatsApp on +91 8892 8892 14.
What is the process after booking?
The process is simple. On the day of your service, our Professional will arrive at the collection point. He will check your car for any damage and prepare a damage report of your vehicle, which will be sent to you by SMS or e-mail or on the app. Your car is then taken to the garage and fully inspected. If any issues are found during the service, we will source the parts and give you a quote for them and any labour work during repairs. Our service advisor will contact you to obtain your approval for any vehicle repairs/services. If you accept, we will carry out the service and additional repairs, and if you decline, only the chosen service will be conducted. Once payment has been received, your car will be delivered to you along with a delivery report. You can check the report to see if any additional damages are on your car. All our invoices, inspection reports, delivery reports, and parts requests are sent digitally to your phone via SMS, e-mail, or on the app.
What type of payments does Fixigo Accepts?
Fixigo is very flexible and accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa, RuPay, Maestro, Amex, Net banking, Wallet, Google Pay, Phonepe, BHIM, Paytm, Airtel, other UPI payments.
Do I have to prepay to book service?
Not at all, our priority is to service your car first. We will send you the bill once the car is serviced and inspected by our professionals.
What if my car requires parts?
If your car needs any additional work that requires spare parts, our service advisors will give you a quote for the parts. The work will be carried out after getting an approval from you. You can choose to replace the parts with original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, or just use OES parts. No work will be carried out on your car without your approval.
What is OEM or OES spare parts?
OEM parts are the original parts produced by the manufacturer. OES parts are the exact same part without the logo sold by a supplier. OES parts are exactly the same and typically cost a little less.
What if am not satisfied with my car service?
100% customer satisfaction is our goal that is why we offer a network warranty of 1000km or 1month (which ever comes first) on our car services. You can redeem this warranty at any of our workshops spread across the city.
